What? Did I read this correctly? Adobe XD is free? Free? Must be a catch? It’s just the trial version.
Not anymore! At one time, Adobe XD, one had to pay to use it. But Adobe wanted the UI and UX community and their designers to have access to this program. The majority of the time, the community was using other software platforms, but with Adobe XD opening it up to be a free interface design software for free has opened more accessibility for others to use this platform. Although it is a starter plan, MAC or PC users can now use this at no charge to them.
Do I need to create an account? Do I need to give my credit card information? Yes and no. Yes, for the Adobe XD to work, you will need to create an Adobe account. Or you can sign in with your Facebook or Google Account. If you create an Adobe account, you would have access to the Adobe tutorials as well. So, there’s that at least!
