Figma: Online App vs Desktop App
Figma can be used on any computer, Mac, PC and Linux or even in the browser. The desktop app is my preferred method because if my internet goes down, I can still use Figma. I understand that most people will prefer to use the online version. But, the cool part is, this will work for either one.
Getting Your Plugins
In your Figma file, look up to the top of your app and find this symbol, then click on the resources icon. Click on the Plugins tab.
Type in ‘Iconify’. Click on ‘Run’ when ready.
Welcome to Iconify, your one-stop destination for all your icon needs! Simply enter any icon you desire, whether it’s a drop-down hamburger menu or anything else, in the search field. Just type ‘menu,’ and click on Search Icons to find the perfect match. Say goodbye to time-consuming icon creation – Iconify has you covered!
Discover a vast collection of over 100 menu icons instantly! Choose from various options to obtain the perfect icon for your needs – Import it into Figma, Import it as a Component, or get the associated code. For more icons, repeat the simple steps in the search field. And when you’re done, easily close the box by clicking the ‘x’ in the corner to continue working seamlessly in Figma.
