Photoshop free?

FREE Photoshop?

What? Is Photoshop free? Yes and no. One can get a trial version for seven (7) days. That’s right a 7-day trial period. It isn’t much, but it will give you an idea if you genuinely need the advance editing capabilities that Photoshop has to offer. Other than that, you could try the light version of Photoshop Elements, it features most of the Photoshop but with fewer and simpler options for entry-level users.

Discount for Students and Teacher

A significant discount if you are a student or a teacher/instructor? If so, you could save up to 60% and get all of the Creative Cloud applications (20+apps), including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Do you have a valid school address?

Pirated Photoshop?

Don’t you want to spend your money on Photoshop? That’s okay; I can get a pirated version of Photoshop. I wouldn’t! STOP! It isn’t worth the malware viruses, and trojans that could mess up your beloved Mac or PC operating system. It may even cost more to get your computer fixed, and chances are you could lose some data on your computer. But, not only that, it’s copyrighted software. You are essentially stealing from Adobe.

Older Version of Photoshop

Would an older version of Photoshop, would this still work? Essentially, yes, this will work. The only issue on hand is you won’t have the latest features or tools that Photoshop creates. I would also be very leery on buying so-called older versions of Photoshop, or any other Adobe Master Collection, Adobe Design & Web Premium online. I don’t think you can buy older versions from Adobe, so those online stating they are originals, I would be very skeptical.

As an Adobe user for over 20 years, I am biased when it comes to Adobe Photoshop. My career as a designer and instructor dictates that I use this. Have I considered other software that is in direct competition to Photoshop? Sure, who hasn’t? Do I need Photoshop? Take a look at any job description for a graphic designer, web designer, web developer, to UI (user interface) designer and I can probably guarantee you, the photo editing software they will ask you is Photoshop. No other program can replace it. Photoshop is a popular photo editing software; it the crème de la crème! The best of the best!
