Is it Easy to Use?

Keyboard shortcuts will be the same for opening, creating a new file, saving, copying, and pasting objects. Some of the basic tools will be straightforward, like formatting text if you know how to use Microsoft Office or Adobe software. We can make our content stand out or use more advanced typography options to take your design to the next level. Apply styles to automate the formatting and make global updates and changes in a snap.

You can place an image or multiple images at one time and quickly move, crop, or resize the images to fit your design. Add visual effects such as drop shadows or the opacity (or transparency) of objects. InDesign supports all the main image formats and allows you to work with native file formats from other Adobe products such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat.

What Else Can it Do?

You can create graphs, QR-codes and a table of contents in InDesign. Need client approval? Create a low-resolution PDF for emails for proofing and signature approvals. Or choose any of the PDF presets for printing standards.

Adobe InDesign makes it easy to manage your design elements and quickly. A robust design tool that is fun and easy to use.
