Apple introduced dynamic desktops in Mac OS Mojave last year. A collection of dynamic wallpapers that you can use with your Mac to experience the passing of time as you’re busy working! It’s free and includes tips and guidance on making your dynamic wallpapers from your photos.
Sorry, Dynamic Wallpapers only work with Mac OS Mojave and later. But, I guess, if you are tech-savvy enough, you can probably figure out how to do this for Windows!
